Rise Hair Studio requires that a credit card be kept on file, in our secure sales system to reserve an appointment.
NO APPOINTMENTS CAN BE MADE UNTIL THERE IS A CARD IS PUT ON FILE.
Your appointments are very important to the team at Rise Hair Studio, and appointments are reserved especially for you.
We understand that on occasion, schedule adjustments are necessary, however:
● We require 24 hours notice to CANCEL or RESCHEDULE an appointment. In the case that 24 hours notice is not given for a cancellation/rescheduling, your card on file with Rise, will be charged 50% of your scheduled appointment.
● Same day cancellations or “no-shows”, will be charged 100% of the cost of the service scheduled. Should this happen more than once, it could prohibit you from scheduling future appointments at Rise Hair Studio.
● Last minute appointment changes, where less time is needed, are also subject to the same policies. Your service provider makes sure they allow plenty of time to provide you the attention to the services that you would like. Changing a multiple hour appointment to a one hour appointment, for example, is subject to charges.
All cancellations should be made by calling Rise at (717)540-1225 ONLY.
Rise Hair Studio reserves the right to, and will charge the credit card on file if any of our policies are broken. By adding your credit card info to our point of sale, you agree to the terms we have stated above and agree to allow Rise Hair Studio to charge your credit card accordingly.
