Refund & Service Adjustment Policy

At Rise Hair Studio, we take pride in delivering exceptional service and quality results to every client. Due to the time, skill, and customized nature of our services, we do not offer refunds on salon services.

If you have any questions or concerns regarding your service, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment. We are happy to offer a complimentary adjustment, when appropriate, to ensure you are satisfied with your experience.

Yes! We proudly use L’ANZA Healing Hair Care and Color to ensure the best results while maintaining the health of your hair.
Do you offer a private space for hijabi clients?
Absolutely. We have a dedicated private space for women who wear a hijab to ensure comfort and privacy during their appointments.
Do you provide consultations for color corrections?
Yes, we recommend booking a consultation for any color correction so we can assess your hair and create a customized plan.
